You will receive rental car reimbursement for all qualified covered repairs.  

Trip Interruption

If you are away from home and your vehicle has a mechanical breakdown that is covered, we will reimburse you for meals and lodging.

Transferability

If you sell your vehicle with coverage remaining, you can transfer the coverage to the next owner.

Claim Procedure

1. Take your vehicle to the licensed repair facility of your choice. The vehicle must remain there until all repairs are completed.

2. The repair facility must call or email the Administrator to open the claim, or start your claim online, before any repairs have begun.

3. Your repair facility must obtain a written authorization and number prior to starting any repair work. Any repairs performed prior to a written authorization will be denied.

4. Upon completion of the repair, a complete copy of the repair invoice must be emailed, faxed, or mailed to the Administrator for payment.

​

5. The repair invoice must contain the following on the repair facility’s letterhead with their complete address:

• Authorization number issued by the Administrator (Authorization numbers are only valid for 90 days)

• Repair facility’s warranty on repairs (if applicable)

• Owner name and address

• Current mileage

• VIN

Repair Invoices Missing Any Of The Below Items Will Be Returned
